Apex Padel Co — US distributor of JUBO padel court systems
Galvanised steel padel court frame being assembled on a concrete slab

Our process

Six stages. No surprises in stage five.

Most padel projects go wrong at the boundary between the court package and the groundworks. We define that boundary in writing before anything is ordered.

Typical programme

Six to twelve months from first call to first serve.

PlaceholderIndicative programme for a two to four court outdoor project. Real durations depend on approvals, groundworks and the manufacturing slot at time of order.

  1. 01Week 0–2

    Consultation

A structured call covering site, court count, budget, decision process and timeline. We qualify hard here — if the site or the budget doesn't work, you hear it on this call, not three months in.

    • Feasibility view
    • Indicative range
    • Decision-maker map
  2. 02Week 2–5

    Site survey

Measurement of the available footprint, run-off, clear height for indoor, access for delivery and crane, existing slab condition, power and drainage. Photographs and dimensions feed the design.

    • Survey report
    • Access plan
    • Slab assessment
  3. 03Week 4–8

    Design & specification

Court layout drawings, model selection, glass and lighting specification, structural data for your engineer, and a written scope with a firm price. This is the document your board or investment committee approves.

    • Layout drawings
    • Spec sheet
    • Firm quotation
  4. 04Week 8–24

    Manufacture

Production at the JUBO facility in Alicante, Spain. Steel is fabricated and hot-dip galvanised, glass is toughened and certified, and the package is crated for ocean freight with a nominated port of entry.

    • Production slot
    • QA certificates
    • Shipping schedule
  5. 05Week 20–32

    Delivery & install coordination

Freight, customs, inland haulage and site delivery windows. Licensed local installers work to JUBO method statements with JUBO technical support. Apex runs the schedule and the snag list.

    • Delivery windows
    • Install programme
    • Handover pack
  6. 06Ongoing

    Aftercare

Warranty administration, spare glass panels, nets, turf top-up and lighting parts held for the US market. One phone number when something needs attention in year three.

    • Warranty register
    • Parts supply
    • Maintenance schedule

Scope boundary

Who does what, in writing.

Apex supplies and coordinates the court system. Your groundworks contractor builds the slab and everything under and around it. Confusing those two is the single most expensive mistake in a padel build.

Apex Padel Co handles

  • Feasibility assessment and site survey
  • Court model, glass and lighting specification
  • Manufacturer coordination and production slot
  • Ocean freight, customs and inland delivery
  • Structural data package for your engineer
  • Install crew scheduling and supervision
  • Handover, snagging and warranty administration
  • Spare parts and long-term support

Your contractor handles

  • Site excavation, grading and sub-base
  • Reinforced concrete slab to our tolerance sheet
  • Drainage and stormwater connection
  • Electrical supply and panel to court location
  • Permitting and zoning applications
  • Engineer of record and stamped drawings
  • Fencing, landscaping and surrounding hardscape
  • Any lighting curfew or dark-sky compliance

We specify all of the above and review the contractor's drawings, but we do not self-perform groundworks.
